Sarah Stout, SHRM-CP, is the founder of NorthStar HR Partners and brings human resources experience which has spanned multiple industries from manufacturing, mortgage, to healthcare. With a background in strategic HR partnership, employee relations, leadership coaching, and people strategy. Sarah works alongside business leaders to help them navigate complex people challenges and make confident decisions.
